Official start time for all runs is 6:45pm unless otherwise stated, not 5 past or later – we leave arrows for the retarded. Remember a torch in the winter. Locations for picnics and hash houses are normally emailed to protect the innocent – make sure the email master has your address

Back to an old favourite tonight with a bit of water and meditation. Food will most likely be: sausage and chips, lasagne ( veggie option available). Charge will probably be £10. Numbers will be counted before the run.
Many folk eat in the pub at the end of the run, but the choice is always yours. At the Pub’s request, food is often pre-ordered prior to the start.
