Official start time for all runs is 6:45pm unless otherwise stated, not 5 past or later – we leave arrows for the retarded. Remember a torch in the winter. Locations for picnics and hash houses are normally emailed to protect the innocent – make sure the email master has your address

Update on food. There is a choice of Jacket potatoes with either, curry, chilli or veggie toppings. This will be for a cost of £8.00
Many folk eat in the pub at the end of the run, but the choice is always yours. At the Pub’s request, food is often pre-ordered prior to the start.
