Official start time for all runs is 6:45pm unless otherwise stated, not 5 past or later – we leave arrows for the retarded. Remember a torch in the winter. Locations for picnics and hash houses are normally emailed to protect the innocent – make sure the email master has your address

New Year Run
Start time 5.50pm if catching the bus from Docleaf’s abode
OR
Start time 6.25pm if starting from the Christmas star in the George Mall.
This is the progressive meal for which a charge will be made for those eating.
INSTRUCTIONS FROM DOCLEAF
update for New Year’s Eve: 1) Arrive at Docleaf’s at 5:50 armed with your bus pass or money. We will be catching the bus at 6:05.
2) Drinks will be provided at starter and main but please bring your choice of drink for seeing the new year in. There will be some Downton New forest ale.
3) I have seating for approx 22 people. Might be worth bringing a couple of small picnic chairs in case we have more than that.
4) There will be glasses available but again you may prefer to bring your own spoon/ drinking vessel….

Many folk eat in the pub at the end of the run, but the choice is always yours. At the Pub’s request, food is often pre-ordered prior to the start.
